    I recommend slowly transitioning over.. eliminating one thing at a time (i.e. meat, then eggs, then milk, you get the drift). Adding vegetarian foods whenever possible, playing with different recipes, and eating at least 50% raw, with the ultimate goal of eating a mostly raw vegan diet. Join a local or online vegetarian support group. Read, read, read! There are numerous resources available online. The China Study by T. Colin Campbell is a classic The web is unlimited.

    I also consume a lot of nutrient rich super-foods which help keep my body healthy and balanced, and free from cravings!
