Is This A Low Fat Diet For Me?

This is what I plan to eat for a long period of time. Breakfast: 10 strawberries and 15 grapes. Snack: 20 almonds. Lunch: Low fat orange muffin (Normal days.) / 2 cans of tuna in water (Only for workout days.) Snack: 3 egg whites. Dinner: 1 Dory Fish. Snack: 5 strawberries and 10 grapes / 20 almonds. Is this a good low fat and high protein diet?
It is great that you are spacing out your meals. Eat more for breakfast. Try an egg white omelet with veggies, whole wheat bread and 1/2 a grapefruit. Add in some fiber to your meal, you need more veggies. If I were you I would cut out the low fat orange muffin and replace it with something more substantial, like a turkey sandwich. Make sure you are eating enough calories or else your body will begin to break down muscle for energy and store fat.

Sounds like a good start. u may want to up the exercise in a month or so because you will likely hit a plateau and need to change things up. our bodies get used to things quickly and then u need to challenge yourself again.
