I just recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, however I am yet to drop back down to the normal weight that I was before getting pregnant. I am also breast feeding my daughter and concerned as not to effect her adversely by a health diet with low fat. What I was wondering is a low fat diet plan ideal for this sort of situation I am in, and also how long do you think it would take me to lose my extra 20lbs?
