Are These Good Meal Plans For Weight Loss?

egg 283x300BREAKFAST – Mix of red pepper, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms with 4-5 egg whites, 2 slices of wheat toast – Fat free yogurt with 8 strawberries and 1 banana – 2 slices of wheat toast, 1 slice of cheese, 5 slices of deli ham or turkey, 1 egg LUNCH – 1 can of tuna (no mayo) with 20 fat free chips, 1 apple – 2 slices of wheat toast, 1 slice of cheese, 5 slices of deli ham or turkey, 1 egg – 1/2 small bobili pizza crust, sliced cherry tomatoes (sauce replacement), no cheese, red pepper, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms DINNER – 2 slices of wheat toast, 1 slice of cheese, 5 slices of deli ham or turkey, 1 egg – 1/2 small boboli pizza crust, sliced cherry tomatoes (sauce replacement), no cheese, red pepper, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms – baked tilapia fish with a fish spice, small salad with fat free Italian dressing SNACKS – fruit – 20 fat free chips – 20 mini pretzels – fat free tortilla chips w homemade salsa Are these good options? Anything nutrients I’m lacking?

    I’m in almost the same boat – I eat less than the recommended, and work out, but losing weight is very, very, very, very slow. If it happens at all. I’m trying to focus on just being in good shape, regardless.

    I spend a long time in front of a computer screen. Often I just stare at the monitor for up to 15 seconds while a page load or a document gets printed or whatever it is that the computer is doing.
    When this is happening I lift my hands up over my head and then bring them down. I keep on doing this until the computer has finished whatever it is doing and it requires some input.,. from me.
    I do similar exercises like getting up from the chair and sitting down again. I sometimes might be standing up and might type a few sentences while standing.
    Combine this with drinking only water and I am doing something to lose weight. It is not much but doing it all the time it does help in losing weight.
    I might swap this sometimes. I might decide that I will not do the arm exercise for a week but that week I will get off the lift two floor below and walk up the last two floors.
    So long as when I go to bed at night I can say that that day I have done something extra to burn some weight, I am happy.

    Krill oil is definitely better than fish oil. It has Omega-3 and a potent natural antioxdant.

    meat, eggs, butter, cheese, mayo, sour cream – these things have no carbs
    leafy green vegetables have carbs, but not too many, and are low in calories & often high in fiber.

    homemade popcorn made with olive oil( very easy to make in the micro) …u can have a cup of it and it is low carb
    tofu is definately low carb and is very filling
    canned tuna is great
    eggs
    nuts are low carb but watch the fat
    celery
    carrots
    onion
    nappa cabbage
    cabbage
    (anything not starchy and overlly sweet)
    fruits are not really low carb since they contain natural sugars
